Booking & Policies

At The Luxury Lash Studio we appreciate and respect your time so we ask you to do the same in return. A $30 non-refundable deposit is applicable for all services that will go towards your balance owed day of service upon completion. The deposit is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. All deposits must be paid within 24 hours of request to book the service, if the deposit is not paid within that timeframe, the appointment spot will then be open for someone else to book. After deposit is paid, you will receive an appointment confirmation within 24 hours. 

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will have a one time deposit transfer to a future lash appointment within 30 days of the original service date. Any cancellations or reschedule requests within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will forfeit their $30 deposit. Canceling, requesting to reschedule your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time or being a no show will result in being charged 80% of the service you were booked for and will need to prepay for your next appointment prior to your next service with us.   
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours either by text, email or both. For second offense of cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled appointment or no show, you will no longer be able to book a service at our establishment. 
In order to make the most out of your appointment and to avoid inconveniencing other guests, we ask you to adhere to your appointment time. If you are less than 10 minutes late, we will accommodate you with the allotted time that is remaining. At the end, you will still be charged full price for your service.  If you will be more than 10 minutes late - you may be asked to reschedule.
For lashes, we guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 72 hours from when you had your appointment and we will provide a complimentary 30 minute touchup to help resolve any issues that may have occurred after you left our studio. We do not offer refunds on any services. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately.
For lashes, if you experience an allergic reaction and are unable to wear them, we will remove them free of charge but no refund will be issued. If you have experienced allergic reactions in the past and think you might have an allergy to our products, please reach out and a patch test can be administered to ensure no complications.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
Foreign Fill Policy 
      We do accept fills from other artists without having a removal and Full Set as previous policy stated. A foreign fill will be a flat fee of $110 with a $30 non-refundable deposit required to book no matter the lash set. Pictures of lashes will be required to be sent prior to appointment. Our 72 hour guarantee will not be valid for first appointment due to working over other artists in which different products may have been used. The appointment time may be longer than a normal fill. At least 50% of lashes must be remaining on each eye to be considered a fill.
​By booking a Foreign Fill, you are agreeing to the right that if lashes are not able to be worked over, a complimentary removal and purchase of Full Set may be required. If you choose to not move forward with service after assessment, $30 deposit will still be kept.
